The Dale:
Dale Tippett, Jr is a Chicago native, new father, music director for Irving Park Baptist Church, and veteran performer of many styles of music. His solo project features his backup band Tin Lolita, comprised of his long-time friends Ezra Lange (bass) and Agustin Jaramillo (drums). Together they perform Dale’s original material, best described as “bluesy rock music, peppered with jazz influence”.
Dale was inducted into the 2013 Chicago Filipino American Hall of Fame for Excellence in Music, and has enjoyed performing alongside Eddie Taylor Jr at Buddy Guy’s Legends, and with Tin Lolita at Cubby Bear, Davenport’s Cabaret, Six Corners BBQ Fest 2013, National Night Out 2013, and with Frieda Lee at the Patio Theater, and Jazz Showcase
